01. R&D & Treatment
We apply the same narrative discipline as a traditional production. Every project begins with a comprehensive Treatment and a dedicated R&D phase to define the approach, aesthetic, tone and performance of the piece. Because we generate every element from scratch, we can piece together the visual foundation and enter pre-production with total clarity.

02. VIRTUAL PRE-PRODUCTION
Next, we define the world. We design the specific cast, wardrobe and locations that will populate our world just like a regular shoot. At the same time, we begin Storyboarding, blocking out every frame exactly as it will be seen in the final film. This is effectively the first part of the "shoot": it is where we define our visual style and art direction.

03. GENERATION
This is our "shoot". Instead of traditional capture, we execute targeted AI generations based on our finalised Pre-Production and storyboards. This is where we focus heavily on character performance and nuance, ensuring the cinematic craft meets our directorial standards. We produce an extensive selection of footage, giving us the same creative flexibility and coverage as a regular production, but without the logistical constraints of a physical location.

04. THE ITERATIVE EDIT
We take our rushes into the suite to build the offline. Unlike traditional film, our process is built for agile iteration. Because we are not bound by the physical logistics of a set, the edit remains a dynamic environment. If the story evolves, we have the unique ability to return to the generation phase to refine scenes or adjust frames to perfectly fit the cut: a level of creative freedom that eliminates the need for costly traditional pick-ups.

05. Finishing & Mastering
Once the edit is locked, we move into traditional finishing. We manage the voiceover, sound design, and colour grading to ensure the work meets broadcast standards. Because we are veteran filmakers, we know exactly how to polish the final output so it carries the weight of a cinematic production.

06. Multi-Platform Scaling
From the final master, we can scale your campaign across every format. Beyond traditional cut-downs, our process allows us to regenerate specific footage tailored for social ratios or produce high-resolution imagery for OOH and print.
