How It Works (The Two Entry Points)

Option A: The Pre-Prod Safety Net
During prep, brief us on the specific setups or variant shots threatening your schedule. This can be as simple as a rough storyboard frame and notes from the director. We provide a technical proof of concept that functions as a high-res shot reference to de-risk the day. This gives you the confidence to lock a tighter schedule or drop the extra setups entirely. If your shoot goes perfectly on the day, you don't use it.

Option B: The Post-Wrap Rescue
If a technical setup, retail variant, or textural shot gets cut on the day due to time or weather/whatever, you don't need to re-hire gear or schedule a physical pickup shoot. Pass us the captured footage, lighting references, and camera package details from the day. Because the source footage already exists, we know exactly how the asset needs to integrate, allowing us to build the missing piece to flawlessly match your timeline.

Pricing Framework

To ensure Virtual Pickups remain a highly cost-effective insurance policy, our billing model is designed to scale directly with your final edit. We charge a flat project setup fee to cover pre-production development, followed by a per-second rate for final delivery.
The final delivery cost is pro-rated based on the exact number of frames that make the final cut. You only pay for what actually appears on screen.
